This is how to reach us for support, questions about the Services, and privacy requests. A real person reads every message.
You do not need a GRID account to contact us. Parents and guardians, and people whose accounts have been deleted, can reach us at the same address below.
Privacy Requests
You — or a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor — may email trose@louisrose.org to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information, or to withdraw consent. We respond to these requests in accordance with applicable law.
To help us act on your request quickly, tell us the email address associated with the account and what you would like us to do.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web, under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile and your uploaded documents from our active systems.
If you would rather we do it for you, or you can no longer sign in, email trose@louisrose.org and we will handle it.
